We filled one of our Oregon Pinot Noir barrels with Genmaicha Lager and a load of pureed Texas Peaches and let the microbes work their magic. This extremely limited, single barrel offering is delicate and complex yet extremely refreshing. A truly one of a kind beer, this labor of love is not to be missed. Clingstone refers to peaches that stubbornly stick to the pit rather than easily pulling away, they may be more work, but we believe the juice is worth the squeeze.
