Aromazyme added to one of the two beers
We took our beloved Hazy IPA, Tender Robot and mixed things up by subbing out our house ale yeast for a Kolsch yeast. This presents a fruiter, more aromatic yeast character. One of these beers has a standard Kolsch yeast added while the other has that same Kolsch yeast but with a new enzyme product called Aromazyme added to it. Aromazyme pushes hop aroma to the next level bringing the fruit character we love in the hazy IPA front and center. For this experiment, we encourage you to try each beer and try to figure out which one has the enzyme and which doesn't.
