LONG STORY SHORT
For this version of our Experimental IPA series, we’ve taken our beloved Secret Beach and dry-hopped it during mid fermentation to showcase biotransformation. During this process, yeast changes the hop compounds to produce bolder flavors and aromas, allowing for greater pineapple & tropical notes from the hops to shine through.
