LONG STORY SHORT
A small quantity of Starlit Sky was split off the Fermentor and given a special dry hop treatment in one of our pilot batch 2 barrel fermentors. It is the same base beer but dry hopped with Citra Cryo and Ekuanot. Some differences in process lead to this beer being a little more full and malty than Starlit Sky.
