For this year's Funk & Sour festival we are partnered with our good friends at Loro. The base beer is a local honey Gose that was conditioned on Makrut Lime Leaves. Makrut, or Thai, Lime is native to Southeast Asia and has long been a culinary staple prized for its bold, bright, and fresh flavor without as much sharpness as typically seen in citrus.
