LONG STORY SHORT
For this year's Funk & Sour festival we are partnered with our good friends at Loro. The base beer is smoked wheat ale with a small addition of sour ale. We then conditioned the beer on pureed pickled Ume plums with shiso leaf. Umeboshi is known for its intense savory and salty flavor.
