It's that time of year when the amazing aroma of freshly harvested hops is in the air. Harvested every fall from late August to early October, millions of pounds of hops are harvested, dried, and packaged for use for the next year. We are lucky to have access to freshly picked, undried hops to use in our beer. Bringing a dynamic, fresh, green hop character, fresh or "wet" hops are a joy to brew with and drink. Enjoy this once in a year IPA!
