The first of many of our barrel aged beers, this is a big WC DIPA that had a nice long nap in some gin barrels. We teamed up with our friends at Treaty Oak to get their barrels that used to house their tasty Antique Gin. The hops meld nicely with the botanicals from the gin, making for a delectable beverage to sip on.
