Never underestimate the power of Simcoe hops. Different growing regions & lots produce a wide range of flavor. The purpose of this hazy IPA was to explore a different lot of Simcoe that is much more stone fruit forward, rather than watermelon. Don't believe the Simcoe hype? Oh, yee of little haw.
