Sales Administrator

• Processes orders from bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and all other accounts via email or phone
• Onboards new customers into our CRM software, specifically Ekos
• Directs inquiries and donation request to the appropriate departments
• Submits label approvals through the TTB and TABC
• Assists in state and federal compliance reporting
• Has a strong knowledge of Meanwhile’s beer and service capabilities
• Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Collects payment from customers and record transactions on invoices and company logs
• Liaises with customers, delivery drivers, and sales reps to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintains and updates sales & customer records
• Assists Sales & Marketing Director in project management & scheduling
• Produces weekly newsletter and inventory sheets for sales team and customers
• Develops monthly sales reports, as well as expense reports
• Communicates important feedback from customers internally
• Has strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

• This is a full-time position – Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
• Hands on Experience with CRM software, MS Office, or Google Drive is a plus. You will be working with Fintech and Ekos on a daily basis.
• Detail oriented and technologically savvy
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and to prioritize work
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Certification in marketing, sales, or relevant field is a plus 
• You must be able to communicate issues/exceptions/resolution plans for missed deliveries with the sales team.
