We’re celebrating spring & Easter with a wildflower planting event!

Kids ages 0-8 (divided by age group) are invited to hunt for Easter eggs filled with wildflower seeds. We’ll be scattering wildflower seeds as a group after the hunts at 12:30pm!

Local nonprofit, PEAS Community is offering educational activities about native flowers and plants from 11-2pm, and we’ll be donating $1/Meanwhile Pilsner sold to the organization.

Stick around for brunch specials from our food trucks, and for free live music at 2:30pm with Jennifer Foster & the Audacity!

EVENT SCHEDULE

• 11-2pm: PEAS Community Pop-Up - native flower & plant education + activities for kids
• 11am: Kids 0-4 Egg Hunt
• 12pm: Kids 5-8 Egg Hunt
• 12:30-1:30pm: Wildflower scattering in the detention pond area
• 2:30-4pm: Free Live Music - Jennifer Foster & the Audacity

EVENT DETAILS

• Each age group will have 500 eggs available filled with wildflower seeds. Since there aren’t “prizes”, we encourage kids to share so that everyone gets a chance to participate in the wildflower seed planting. We will have some extra seeds available!
• Parents, use your discretion in signing kids up for their age group. You’re welcome to walk the field with your kiddos, but please refrain from scooping up eggs for them. Remember, we want as many kids to have fun as possible!
• Bring your own baskets!
• While there are a limited number of eggs available, there will be activities happening all day to participate in and everything is free. All kids, regardless of whether they participate in the egg hunt, can participate in the education activities and check out the live music starting at 2:30pm.
