Free Fitness Class: Pilates in the Park with Moogie Pilates

We're excited to present and All Levels Pilates Mat class with Olivia Hockaday of Moogie Pilates!

Expect to be led through a mix of classical Pilates choreography and contemporary functional moves. Pilates focuses on stability and mobility; you're stretching and strengthening at the same time! No experience required. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and sunscreen.

An RSVP does not guarantee entry, nor is it required. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins to grab a spot on the soccer field and begin warming up. Class is donation based—see your instructor to make a donation if you're so moved.
