The Assistant General Manager is a trusted member of the leadership team and provides guidance and support to the Taproom and Brewery. We're looking for someone responsible for managing all facets of taproom and hospitality operations at the brewery. Someone who seeks to provide memorable moments of hospitality for our guests and elevate the entirety of our organization.

- Troubleshoots, mitigates and deescalates guest concerns and frustrations.
- Provides ongoing feedback and guidance ensuring all team members have a pathway for development and growth.
- Ensures the taproom remains informed of all organizational and taproom changes, amendments and announcements.
- Completes assigned administrative responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling, hiring, onboarding and inventory management.
- Maintains all aspects of taproom operations, including HR related responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
- You need at least 1 year in a management role in a service/hospitality/event business.
- Nights and weekend availability is a must.
- Passion for craft beer and hospitality is a must. The more you know about beer and the brewing process, the better – Cicerone Beer Server or similar certification is strongly preferred.
- Spanish language skills are a major plus.
- Familiarity with table-based POS software is required. (We will be using Toast)
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, MS Office Suite is required.
- You must be able to lift/roll 55-165 pound kegs.
- A valid Texas TABC Bartender License is required.
